Strength and Conditioning

Our physiotherapy and strength & conditioning team have years of experience and a strong background in evidence-based strength & conditioning as well as exercise prescription.

We believe that most athletes or athletic injuries we manage will require a structured strength & conditioning program as well as a personalised home-exercise program to ensure a complete and full recovery and return to sport.

Our staff will design the appropriate strength & conditioning program and help coach all athletes or injured athletes in our onsite gym facility.

These programs may also be designed for on-field conditioning where the athlete will be taken through a series of sprinting, running, jumping, landing, agility and change in direction drills to prepare the athlete for their return to sport or purely to enhance athletic performance.

Strength & conditioning programs can also be designed and coached by our staff for non-injured athletes who wish to enhance long-term athletic development and performance and prevent future injuries.
