Return to Sport
Too often, too many athletes are sent back to their sporting environment without appropriate training or game/sport readiness. At PhysXrehab, we make sure you are prepared by implementing our in-clinic performance testing, sport-specific field tests, fitness tests, speed and agility tests, sports-specific drills, and on-field conditioning.
If you’ve had an ankle injury and can’t hop on one leg in all directions without pain this means you are NOT ready for running and or training in any sport.
We know that you need to be running at high speed, manage high intensity agility and change in direction drills, pass & strike a ball pain-free and efficiently before your RTS!
Please check out this video on some of our return to sport testing protocols both in-clinic and on-field that are essential for you to complete before you safely return to sport!
We feel that you need to be running at high speed, be able to manage high intensity agility and change in direction drills, and pass or strike a ball pain-free and efficiently before your RTS!
